Mr. Heller has been an attorney for over 18 years. He began his career in civil litigation and then moved to in-house counsel roles at large national real estate companies for the next decade of his career. Then in 2015, Mr. Heller decided to open his own law firm to offer clients the benefits of his unique services based on his knowledge and experience in handling litigation matters and his extensive in-house counsel background.
Although known for his considerable real estate experience Mr. Heller brings his in-house corporate skills and knowledge to routinely assist his clients with their general corporate and commercial needs. Of particular note, Mr. Heller concentrates his practice on Fashion and Apparel Law. Additionally, Mr. Heller handles legal issues unique to the Wine and Beverage industry.
Mr. Heller is General Counsel to Summer Somewhere Showroom a multi-line showroom specializing in contemporary and ResortWear markets.
