Mr. Heller acts as general counsel to Summer Somewhere Showroom, a multi-line showroom catering to the contemporary and resort wear markets. In this role, Mr. Heller assists with a multitude of legal issues such as the review and preparation of sales representative agreements, licensing agreements, trademarks, strategic corporate transactions, collections, employment issues, litigation management and more. In addition, Mr. Heller has helped fashion designers with various legal issues including, trademarks, collections and employment issues.
