Mr. Heller spent nearly a decade as in-house counsel at large national real estate companies. He worked at Fidelity National Financial for nearly 9 years where he assisted and advised on title insurance and escrow related matters, title underwriting and litigation and mediation management. Subsequently, Mr. Heller worked at Williston Financial Group, LLC where he advised on general corporate legal matters. In these roles Mr. Heller gained a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of real estate law. He has a particular expertise in the laws of title conveyancing, escrow and closing matters, residential and commercial transactions, and residential and commercial leasing.
