Mr. Heller provides outside general counsel services to wineries. He handles entity formations, licensing, trademarks, distribution agreements, employment issues, strategic corporate transactions, dealings with the Alcohol Beverage Control of California, working with local municipalities and the establishment of wine tasting rooms.
